Cancellation / Refund Policy
ConnectHER Canada is committed to delivering high-quality programs and events for our community. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for all ConnectHER Canada programs and events.
1. Refunds
If ConnectHER Canada cancels a program or event for any reason, all registered participants will receive a full refund of their registration fees.
2. Replacements
Once registration is confirmed, refunds are not available unless a replacement is provided by the participant.
Approvals must be obtained for replacement participants in programs.
3. Missed Sessions / No Shows
Missed sessions will not be refunded for reasons including personal scheduling conflicts, non-emergencies, or travel commitments.
In the event of a medical or personal emergency, ConnectHER will review and grant refunds on a case-by-case basis.
